CONNECTING TRADESWOMEN EMPOWERMENT ROADSHOW – Workshop #1 Okanagan

We want every tradeswoman to see themselves as a leader, regardless of where they are in their career.

We are offering a series of 3, full day, in-person sessions focused on leadership development. The sessions do not need to be taken in order, and you can register for any session individually (Workshop #2, Workshop #3) or for all 3 sessions.

This is an opportunity for tradeswomen can connect, learn, network and get mentoring information and resources.

Workshop #1: Being A Leader.
· Participants will explore their individual leadership strengths and how emotional intelligence supports strong leadership. This workshop also helps participants develop their own personal approach to self-promotion.
