Strong communication is essential to success in today’s SETT workplaces, whether you work in person, remotely, or in a hybrid environment. Career AccelerateHer: Unlocking Effective Communication helps participants strengthen the communication and collaboration skills needed to build trust, manage differences, and work more effectively with others.
Across five interactive sessions, participants will develop practical tools to better understand communication styles, navigate challenging dynamics, and approach workplace conversations with greater confidence. The series is designed to help SETT professionals move from misunderstanding and tension toward clearer, more effective working relationships.
Each session is 90 minutes and delivered online by an experienced WinSETT facilitator.
