Equity in Action: Cultivating Inclusive Workplaces is designed for supervisors, people leaders, and human resources professionals who want to build more respectful, inclusive, and effective SETT workplaces.
Across six practical sessions, participants will explore the knowledge, tools, and leadership practices needed to recognize bias, strengthen allyship, improve workplace culture, and support the recruitment and retention of women and other under-represented groups in SETT. Grounded in current research and best practices, this series helps leaders turn inclusion goals into everyday action.
Each session is 90 minutes and delivered online by an experienced WinSETT facilitator.
