CONNECTING TRADESWOMEN EMPOWERMENT ROADSHOW – Workshop #3 Okanagan

We want every tradeswoman to see themselves as a leader, regardless of where they are in their career.

We are offering a series of 3, full day, in-person sessions focused on leadership development. The sessions do not need to be taken in order, and you can register for any session individually (Workshop #2). Registration for Workshop #1 is closed.

This is an opportunity for tradeswomen can connect, learn, network and get mentoring information and resources.

What can you expect?

Workshop #3: Leading Relationships
· Participants will focus on empathy, values and career development. This session also dives into the roles of mentor and career champions helping participants clarify their career goals and understand how to seek support.
