WinSETT: Connecting Tradeswomen
Join us as we support tradeswomen as we build and deliver mentorship and professional development resources to encourage women on their journey to skilled trades.
Tradeswomen’s experiences and feedback drives the development of the project, which is funded, in part by the Government of Canada’s Apprenticeship Strategy.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Connecting Tradeswomen’s project objectives are to:
- Provide leadership training workshops, coaching support, peer and professional mentors,
- Increase partnership with trade-specific national and regional organizations to extend the organization’s network support for tradeswomen; and
- Provide mentoring and training sessions to create a safe space where tradeswomen can be comfortable and safe to share their experiences and develop peer support.
EMPOWERMENT ROADSHOW SERIES
Join us for a single-day, in-person networking and development sessions in select cities across the country. These interactive sessions will be engaging and fun, while allowing tradeswomen to learn, mentor, and share personal experiences.
The events are free for tradeswomen.
Tradeswomen of all levels in industrial and construction trades are welcome to attend.
