CONNECTING TRADESWOMEN EMPOWERMENT ROADSHOW – Workshop #2 Okanagan

We want every tradeswoman to see themselves as a leader, regardless of where they are in their career.

We are offering a series of 3, full day, in-person sessions focused on leadership development. The sessions do not need to be taken in order, and you can register for any session individually (Workshop #3). Registration for Workshop #1 is closed.

This is an opportunity for tradeswomen can connect, learn, network and get mentoring information and resources.

Workshop #2; Communicate Like A Leader
· This session helps participants strengthen foundational communication skills through practice and exploring real-world scenarios. Participants will identify strategies for having tough conversations and gain tools to communicate with confidence.
