I was not sure what to expect from this course going into it, but was pleasantly surprised to see how engaging and educational it is. I learned something about myself that I’ve never been intentionally conscious of before.

[The facilitator] was fantastic! She hit just the right notes with our team and is clearly deeply knowledgeable with the subject matter. Our team can be fairly quiet but everyone agreed that she helped put us at ease to encourage safe sharing.

The preparation ahead of the session was very helpful and made me less nervous because I had reflected on ideas ahead of time.

Very well done. Don’t want to play favorites but it was the best one yet! I did not think of workplace politics as a positive way to progress forward, so this was eye opening.
