Unconscious Bias:

What You Need to Know

Unconscious Bias is part of being human. Learning to understand your own bias, the bias in your organizational culture and the bias of others is critical to appreciating the impact unconscious bias has and how you can work to disrupt it –within yourself and your organization.

This 90-minute Online Skill Builder will be led by a professional WinSETT facilitator and will include discussion, self-reflection, and experience-based learning.

Learning Objectives:

  • Better understand Unconscious Bias
  • Realize the impact of Unconscious Bias, especially on women in Science, Engineering, Trades and Technology (SETT)
  • Be able to apply strategies and tools to disrupt Unconscious Bias in your workplace

This course is offered as a part of Series 3 or can be purchased individually.
