Microaggressions

The hard thing about microaggressions is that in many cases they are entrenched in our culture and society. They sneak into our minds and out our mouths without us being aware. Microaggressions are one of the reasons women in SETT are less satisfied and engaged at work.

This live, 90-minute interactive Online Skill Builder will be led by a professional WinSETT facilitator and include opportunities for discussion, self-assessment, and experience-based learning from others.

Learning Objectives

  • Define Microaggressions
  • Discuss impacts on women in SETT
  • Understand Microaggressions in SETT workplaces
  • Apply skills and ideas to disrupt the effects of Microaggressions

This Skill Builder is offered as a part of Series 3 or can be purchased individually.
