ALLYSHIP FOR EVERYONE

An ally is a person who actively promotes and aspires to advance a culture of inclusion to create affirming and welcoming environments for everyone. In male-dominated workplaces, like those in SETT careers, allies are essential. In this course you’ll learn how to be an effective ally and how to create a culture of allyship in your workplace.

This 90-minute online Skill Builder will be led by a professional WinSETT facilitator and include discussion, self-reflection, and experience-based learning.

This course is highly-recommended for science, engineering, trades, and technology students, recent graduates, and early- to mid-career SETT professionals in both hands-on and human resources areas.
Course registration is non-refundable and courses are limited to 35 participants maximum, with a minimum number required to proceed. This course can also be accessed as part of the Supervisor/Senior Leader Starter Series.
