WORKING WITH CHALLENGING PEOPLE

In work and life, you’ll experience uncomfortable situations and conflict with challenging people. In the workplace, it’s essential to deal with these people effectively to continue a productive working relationship. This session will help you identify strategies to work together toward successful outcomes.     

This 90-minute online Skill Builder will be led by a professional WinSETT facilitator and include discussion, self-reflection, and experience-based learning.

NOT CURRENTLY OFFERED

This session is highly-recommended for science, engineering, trades, and technology students, recent graduates, and early- to mid-career SETT professionals.
Registration will close at 12 PM MT 2 days prior to session date.

Session registration is non-refundable and sessions are limited to 35 participants maximum, with a minimum number required to proceed.

This session can also be accessed as part of the Unlocking Effective Communication series.
