RETAINING SETT WOMEN

Employee retention – in particular, retaining women and under-represented groups – is key to the continued innovation and success in science, engineering, trades, and technology (SETT) sectors.
  
In this session you will discover insights from the latest research on recruiting and retaining employees in the SETT field, including those under-represented groups, and how to put them into practice to create attractive workplaces.

This 90-minute online Skill Builder will be led by a professional WinSETT facilitator and include discussion, self-reflection, and experience-based learning.

This session is highly-recommended for early- to mid-career science, engineering, trades, and technology (SETT) professionals, especially leaders, managers, and human resources specialists.
Registration will close at 12 PM MT 2 days prior to session date.

Session registration is non-refundable and sessions are limited to 35 participants maximum, with a minimum number required to proceed.
