NAVIGATING WORKPLACE POLITICS

Workplace politics are the strategies people use in workplace interactions to influence and gain power. Understanding workplace politics and learning the necessary strategies to navigate them are crucial for workplace success.

This 90-minute online Skill Builder will be led by a professional WinSETT facilitator and include discussion, self-reflection, and experience-based learning.

This session is highly-recommended for science, engineering, trades, and technology students, recent graduates, and early- to mid-career SETT professionals in both hands-on and human resources areas.
Registration will close at 12 PM MT 2 days prior to session delivery.
