INTRODUCTION TO NEGOTIATION

Negotiation is one of the most difficult, but important skill sets to have as you grow into your SETT career. This Skill Builder will help you to become an effective negotiator by teaching you how to get comfortable asking for what you need, learning the nuances of negotiations, and giving you a model to practice in your future negotiations.

This 90-minute in-person Skill Builder will be led by a professional WinSETT facilitator and include discussion, self-reflection, and experience-based learning.

NOT CURRENTLY OFFERED

This session is highly-recommended for science, engineering, trades, and technology students, recent graduates, and early- to mid-career SETT professionals in both hands-on and human resources areas.
Session registration is non-refundable and sessions are limited to 35 participants maximum, with a minimum number required to proceed.
