This 90-minute online Skill Builder helps leaders, managers, and HR professionals examine how their organization attracts talent, apply current research on inclusive recruitment, and identify practical changes that make their workplace more appealing and accessible to women in SETT. The session is led by a professional WinSETT facilitator and includes discussion, self-reflection, and experience-based learning.
