FUNDAMENTALS OF LEADING CHANGE

Change is a constant force in the science, engineering, trades, and technology (SETT) fields. How we react to, manage, and lead change can directly impact the future successes of our careers. Leading through changes like technology growth, globalization, or the transitional, knowledge-based economy is a core leadership competency everyone needs in their toolkit, and is the focus of this course.

This 90-minute online Skill Builder, which will be led by a professional WinSETT facilitator and include discussion, self-reflection, and experience-based learning.

This course is highly-recommended for science, engineering, trades, and technology students, recent graduates, and early- to mid-career SETT professionals in both hands-on and human resources positions.
Course registration is non-refundable and courses are limited to 35 participants maximum, with a minimum number required to proceed. This course can also be accessed as part of the Collaboration and Teamwork Tune-Up Series.
