BECOMING LEADERS: AN INTRODUCTION TO LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND STRATEGIES

In this day-long WinSETT workshop, participants build core leadership capabilities including communication, problem-solving, delegation, and decision-making, while exploring how women and under-represented groups can lead effectively in SETT environments. The workshop is facilitated by a professional WinSETT leader and includes discussion, self-reflection, and experience-based learning.
