WinSETT Centre is a national non-profit that promotes the full participation and advancement of women in science, engineering, trades, and technology (SETT). The organization provides leadership and career development workshops and supports employers in creating inclusive workplaces.

WinSETT Facilitators deliver interactive training sessions, represent the organization, and support program improvement through feedback and reporting. The role requires strong facilitation skills, SETT experience, and a commitment to advancing gender equity in professional workplaces.
