CONNECTING TRADESWOMEN – Virtual Workshops – Leading Relationships (Virtual, Live, Eastern Time)

WinSETT’s Connecting Tradeswomen project is providing networking, leadership development and access to mentorship resources in support of women on their trades journey. We want every tradeswoman to see themselves as a leader, regardless of where they are in their career.

What can you expect?

These virtual sessions are designed to be engaging and participatory and provide participants with actionable skills and tools they can add to their leadership toolbox.  There are two workshops in this series, both 2 hours long. 

– Session 1 (3:30 – 5:30 PM ET, virtual, Nov. 25) focuses on empathy, emotional intelligence and values.
– Session 2 (3:30 – 5:30 PM ET, virtual, Dec. 2) dives into the roles of mentors and career champions, helping participants clarify their career goals and how to seek support.

Registration must use the email address of the attendee – important session information will be sent by email.

Registration closes at 5 PM ET November 22, 2025.

Workshops will NOT be recorded.
