MICROAGGRESSIONS: A PRIMER

Microaggressions are everyday, subtle, interactions or behaviours like insensitive statements, questions, or assumptions expressing racism, sexism, ageism, or ableism. These behaviors are often unintentional, but can be extremely painful and damaging to interpersonal relationships.

Microaggressions have been identified as one of the reasons women in SETT are less satisfied and engaged at work.

This session will help you understand, identify, and disrupt the impact of microaggressions in the workplace.

This 90-minute online Skill Builder will be led by a professional WinSETT facilitator and include discussion, self-reflection, and experience-based learning.
