EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Emotional intelligence, also known as emotional quotient or EQ, is the ability to understand, manage, and use your emotions in a positive way to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict. It is also a key skill in leadership roles and advancing your personal and professional success.

The workshop will review, assess and develop participant competencies in the five areas of emotional intelligence: Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Motivation, Empathy and Social Skills.
