Career Readiness Event Retrospective

On January 25, WinSETT was pleased to host a day-long career readiness session with engineering and science students and recent graduates at the University of Alberta.  Sponsored by Cenovus Energy and led by one of our fabulous facilitators, Kandis Neth, the interactive workshop focused on building self-promotion and negotiation skills for participants readying for employment.

Throughout the day, attendees explored their values and priorities, practiced elevator pitches about their interests and learned win-win negotiation techniques.  We were thrilled to be joined by Sherron Robinson from Cenovus as our lunch speaker, who was able to share insights into her career journey.
