Towards Respectful and

Inclusive Workplaces

An Inclusive Workplace is when ALL employees have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Women can often find themselves as ‘others’ in predominantly male-led workforces, affecting everything from morale to career advancement and women set apart by their racial or ethnic identities often fare even worse. Change can only be made if organizations start to listen, understand and devise solutions that will address the barriers that women and other minority groups face.

This 90-minute Online Skill Builder will be led by a professional WinSETT facilitator and include discussion, self-reflection and experience-based learning.

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop an understanding of the concept of respectful and inclusive SETT workplaces
  • Explore the business case for moving towards a respectful and inclusive SETT workplace
  • Recognize the opportunities you have to impact your SETT workplace
